Placing Orders

All orders for products made through our site are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.
You must provide your full legal name, current mailing address, phone number, email address, and payment information when placing an order. We cannot process orders with incomplete account information.
Orders can be placed by registered users with accounts or guests without accounts. Some features such as order tracking will require you to create an account.
You represent that all information provided for your order is accurate and you are authorized to access and use any payment cards or other payment instruments.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time if there are issues verifying payment or suspected fraud. Submitting false order information is strictly prohibited.

Payments & Billing

All quoted prices for products on our site are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes will be added to your order total at checkout.
Accepted payment methods are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payment authorizations are required at the time you place an order.
Your billing information must match details provided during account setup and order placement. For your security, we cannot ship orders to a different address than your billing address.
You will receive an order confirmation email with details and payment receipt after an order is successfully placed. Keep the order confirmation number for future reference.
Orders may be cancelled and refunds requested within 24 hours of order placement by contacting us. After 24 hours, cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide free shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. For orders under $50, a flat $5 shipping fee will be added. We currently only ship to U.S. addresses and military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping and delivery timeframes displayed during checkout or on product pages are estimates only. We will make every effort to ship orders promptly, but delays can occur during periods of high order volume.
We provide tracking information via shipping confirmation emails which allow you to track the progress of your order. Some exclusions apply for APO/FPO addresses.
Title and risk of loss transfers to you when your order ships from our warehouse. We cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages after the carrier takes possession.
If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. For undeliverable packages, we will make reasonable efforts to locate the shipment. If not found after 14 days, we will consider it lost and process a replacement order or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! Items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt provided they are returned in original condition with all included accessories, tags, packaging, warranty cards, manuals etc. Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Please retain the tracking number for your records.
Refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the return is received and verified at our warehouse.
Exchanges are treated as a new order. We will mail the replacement item using the same shipping method once the original is received back.
Any merchandise that appears worn, used, or is missing components may be returned to you or only be eligible for a partial refund.

Please contact us first with any questions before returning a product. We will provide instructions and approve the return request. Our customer service team is available to help with any issues!

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We cannot honor expired or incorrect pricing due to human, electronic, or clerical errors.
Colors, sizes, and other appearance details of actual products you receive may vary slightly from images shown on site.
We reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase. If inventory for an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will cancel and refund that portion of your order.

The federal and state courts located in Nashville, Tennessee will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions. You consent to personal jurisdiction of such courts and agree to waive right to change venue.
